Comprehensive Preparation & Sustainable Intensity

Every Bolder Athlete session begins with a dynamic warm-up designed to prepare your body and mind for optimal performance. Our unique Intensity Spectrum guides each workout, ensuring you train effectively and sustainably:

🟦 Blue: Light HR / Easy Pace – Recovery, movement quality, and active rest.
🟩 Green: Zone 2 HR / Light Pace – Aerobic base work; steady and controlled.
🟨 Yellow: Zone 3 HR / Moderate Pace – Pushing intensity, but sustainable.
🟧 Orange: Zone 3-4 HR / Hard Effort – Grit-focused, stamina-building sessions.
🟥 Red: Zone 4-5 HR / Max Effort – All-out intensity, power, and speed development.

Each session includes clear intentions, purpose-driven goals, target times, essential tips, modification options, and detailed instructions.

Refund Policy

At Bolder Athlete, we firmly believe in the value and effectiveness of our online programs. Therefore, we do not typically offer refunds once a program has been purchased. We encourage you to carefully choose the right program for your fitness journey.

Should you wish to discontinue your membership, please ensure you cancel your subscription prior to the end of your current billing cycle to avoid the commencement of a new one.
