Ben Smith is the Co-Owner and founder of CrossFit Krypton and also serves as the Lead Programmer and Coach. He won the 2015 CrossFit Games and became the sixth man to earn the title of "Fittest Man on Earth". One of the most successful CrossFitters of all time, Ben is one of only four men that have multiple podium finishes at the CrossFit Games. Ben’s personal philosophy is that through hard work and dedication anything is possible. He has found that anything worth doing in life should be done to the best of a person’s ability, and this includes CrossFit! Krypton Athletics offers programming options for all athletes.
