This is the exact programming we follow at CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, Tennessee. It’s designed for real classes, real coaches, and real members, day in and day out.
What's Included
Our main track is built for a 60-minute class and programmed 7 days per week.
Each day includes:
- Coaching videos

Additional Tracks
In addition to our main program, you’ll also get access to these other Mayhem offerings:
Endurance / HYROX
Longer, conditioning-focused workouts with no barbell work. Perfect for HYROX athletes or anyone who loves a high-sweat, high-output session.
Includes: 60-minute workouts, 3 days/week
Bodybuilding
A hypertrophy-focused program designed to build strength and muscle with intention.
Includes: 6 workouts/week
At Home
Train anywhere with minimal equipment. Ideal for travel or home workouts, or for gyms with minimal equipment. Each session includes clear guidance, scaling options, and both bodyweight and dumbbell variations.
Includes: 30-minute workouts (plus optional extras), 6 days/week
Extra Fitness
Optional add-on sessions to complement our main training. Perfect for athletes who want to go beyond the hour-long class.
