OUR PROGRAMS
NCFIT Workout: One Program. Two Levels.
The NCFIT Workout (NCFIT) is an all encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, advanced to beginner. NCFIT is presented daily (365 days a year) with (2) versions of the workout, Performance and Fitness. The Performance version of NCFIT allows athletes to test themselves against higher complexity movements and heavier weights. The Fitness version of NCFIT provides a more approachable version of the workout with moderate skills and moderate weights. Both versions can be adjusted up or down to suit the needs of any athlete.
FLEX: BODYBUILDING
FLEX is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program only available at NCFIT! Workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day will consist of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of FLEX is simple - all gains, zero stress!
FLEX workouts are designed on a 90-minute timeline.
COMP: COMPETITORS
COMP is our Competitors Track that is a carefully balanced prescription of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the competitor.
COMP consists of 3 daily parts - A. Conditioning, B. NCFIT Workout, and C. Strength/Skill Work. Workouts are designed on a 90-minute timeframe.
